Can you cancel my order?

Please send us a message at hello@greenphilosophy.co with your order number, and we’ll help you. We can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.


My pillow arrived damaged. What can you do?

If your pillow arrived with a defect - please send us a message with your order number and a photo of the defect so we can take care of it immediately. 


How can I check my order status?

Access the shipping confirmation email you receive once the order leaves our warehouse to track your package and check the delivery status once it has been fulfilled. Click on Track Your Package: you will be redirected to the carrier's website, where you can see where the package is and how long it will take to be delivered.


Can you make changes to my order?


If your order has not been fulfilled yet or has not been prepared for shipment, we may still be able to make changes. However, please note that we cannot guarantee any changes due to our fast shipping timelines. 

If you need to update your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you realize after placing your order that you have entered any incorrect information, including your shipping address, please reach out to us ASAP using our contact form or email us at hello@greenphilosophy.co. 

Please include your name, order number, and the correct shipping address for the fastest possible handling. Note orders may ship out on the same day, so this change is not guaranteed.


Can I return something I don't like?

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please send a message to hello@greenphilosophy.co with your order number, and we’ll help you out.

I didn't receive my order confirmation, what should I do?

Thank you for being a valued customer and shopping with Green Philosophy! We are committed to making your shopping experience pleasant.

If you provided a valid email address during the checkout process, you should receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

Look for a subject line that reads "Order #Confirmed" and search for the email from hello@greenphilosophy.co. The email will include your order number and a summary of the products purchased. Also, try to look into the spam folder of your email account.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours after purchase, it may be due to an incorrect email address provided. Please get in touch with us so we can send the confirmation email to the correct email address as soon as possible.
